The Management Team
I have been running the Clarendon Group since inception in 1998 when the flex concept was in its infancy. My focus is always on product and relationships. Our relationship with clients and landlords work both ways, and a harmonious rapport builds trust and confidence and thus enhances the product. The era of “space as a service” completes this circle between the 3 parties.
Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my family and as many sports as I can- a jack of all sports, but master of none it seems.
With 20+ years working in the flex space industry I am driven by maintaining and improving on operational efficiency and customer care.
An experienced, driven and fun team are key to success in the industry and investing in the right people to build the business is essential.
With an ever changing demand for workspace that promotes imaginative and creative places to do business this is the goal for Clarendon.
Making time to spend time with the family is a key objective for me to enjoy the great outdoors whether home or away.
Head of Property
As a Chartered Surveyor I have 20+ years experience in looking after buildings and sourcing new opportunities on competitive terms.
The holy grail of analysing building cost alongside potential ‘flex’ revenue is all in a day’s work.
Outside work, I am a father of 2 young boys trying to pass on my love for sport and the great outdoors.
Mark has worked in the facilities management field for over 25 years, in both the public and private sector. He has a wealth of experience in specialist roles encompassing facility and contract management giving a real understanding of client requirements to successfully manage change through all areas of the business.
Outside of work he has two teenage children that keep him as busy as Claro, and when ever he can will get out and about off road in his Land Rover seeing the British Isles from a very different view point.
Head of Finance
David has worked in senior finance roles in industry for over 15 years including many years in property related companies and worked earlier in his career for one of the big four accountancy firms. He has a high attention to detail and a firm grasp on the finance and administration of the business alongside monitoring the performance of individual centres, overseeing the accounts team and supporting the rest of the business.
When not at work, he enjoys an active life with his family, loves to travel and if time allows intends to get back into leisure sailing next year
